Arissa, hands down, because of the quality of the voice work, unique regard/influence system, and special equipment management setup. You can't marry her at the moment, but really that's pretty much a moot point considering how completely inert and useless the marriage system is in Skyrim. She's more alive and unique as a close companion than any other follower is after marriage, with the possible exception of the outdated dating sim Oblivion port modding achievement that is Vilja.

We are constantly developing Vilja. No way it could be called outdated. She is more light scripted than vanilla followers while you simply can't obtain a more complete result by mashing up all the avaliable follower Overhauls and aids. We are constantly looking for mod conflicts and bugs to fix and taking new ideas. She has been and keeps being designed for Skyrim engine and as far as I know there is no newer engine.

 

While you can date and marry her, this is optional and a single one on a huge lot of features.

 

The first version of Vilja was a companion for Oblivion, but apart from some of the dialogues (thousands, but there are also thousands of dialogues that has been made exclusivelly for the Skyrim version), we started from scratch. There is no way of porting a companion from Oblivion to Skyrim.
