Or is it 100% Safe?Albeit some viri can use some buffer over/underflow exploit as a mean to execute it's code it's not known if such would be even possible with the mods it would not be trivial to implement even with the scripting capacities. There is no complete "security" in the world, you are the ultimate responsible for checking what you download, but remember than executables are the most "dangerous" and even an updated antivirus may not detect the newer and unknown viruses. Otherwise, long known executables that proved clean (from purposeful or unaware infection) should be considered secure. The mods you download here, even the 'utilities' that are executables by nature, passed that proof of time and you can be 'relatively' secure they are clean, much more secure than others sources on the net, at least.
