You have to kill a red phantom on the boat in the wharf (NG+ only?) and you can get the visible set... eventually after using many... many... ascetics.... Ugh that set took forever to get. Doing that will also help you get the "ninja" set from the Flexile Sentry's buddies. Yes, you will have to kill him to use your ascetics btw.
