replaying with Mods ?

hello ,

Ive finished fallout 3 + all dlcs (except alien one :[ ) and my machine broke down ...

Now i have new machine and I am installing the game atm ...

 

so the question is : what mods should i get to increase replay value ?

how is fellout mod , doesnt it ruin the apocalyptic atmosphere ? and maybe anything that changes gameplay a bit ?

For Fellout, it really depends on the person. Some may love it, some may like it. I personally do not use it since I much prefer the green tint, gives the game it's uniqueness and... it ruins the atmosphere, well for me.
