backoff521
What you see in the title is the last thing in my papyrus log every time I crash. (I arrange my load order manually, so don't ask for my mod list or a BOSS log.)
myztikrice
The Papyrus Log is not a crash log and has nothing to do with crashes.
backoff521
Did you ever check your papyrus log after a crash? Or ever heard of the phrase "VM is frozen" ? I'm pretty sure you didn't. Thank you for your response anyway. Edited June 23, 2014 by backoff521
IsharaMeradin
"VM is frozen" happens every time you save the game. Doesn't mean that a script has caused your game to crash. This is what the papyrus log should look like whenever you save the game and then exit. [06/22/2014 - 11:25:12PM] VM is freezing... [06/22/2014 - 11:25:12PM] VM is frozen [06/22/2014 - 11:25:12PM] Saving game... [06/22/2014 - 11:25:12PM] VM is thawing... [06/22/2014 - 11:25:16PM] VM is freezing... [06/22/2014 - 11:25:16PM] VM is frozen Anyway, if you want help understanding that error and what might cause it or how to resolve it, you'll need to post the actual error message from your log. By the way "VM is frozen" happens even if the game is NOT saving. You know about steve40's fxdustdrop fix, which means you also know that papyrus log gives you some idea about crashes(there are other examples of course). Anyway, I think I've made myself clear. You're right, I forgot to post my log. I'll add it to the topic the next time I crash. Thanks for the response.
