tranquility Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 Well I'm currently doing chores for the mages guild in Sadrith Mora, and I'm supposed to get Galur Rithari's Papers. So I teleport to Vivec and go to Jobasha's Rare books and he/she tells me they're in the Hall Of Justice's library, but it does not have a library. I've searched in Hall Of Wisdom's library also but to no avail. If someone could please tell me where they are... I'm tired of looking for them :(
Switch Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 i cudda sworn this was covered in another topic, but i cant find it, mustve been deleted. neways, yeah u need 2 go 2 the canon offices in the hall of justice, then theres a locked trap door somewhere in there that u can take to the library (obvious huh? <_<) galur rithari's papers should be on one of the shelves there

Jetty Posted September 15, 2003 Posted September 15, 2003 Well I'm currently doing chores for the mages guild in Sadrith Mora, and I'm supposed to get Galur Rithari's Papers.If you feel strong enough to tackle creatures on the other side of Ghostfence you can try Kagrenac's library at Turaynulal (you will have to visit this place while doing main quest). Other two locations of this book: Galom Daeus (didn't find it there) & Tribunal Temple secret library in Vivec's Hall of Justice guard quarters - NOT Cannon Offices! (haven't been there myself).
Pikeman85 Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 In the Berne HQ you have to levitate to the top of the telescope area. There is also a nice Daedric shield there. Right around there, the papers should be.
