Quetzlsacatanango
So as you may or may not know, you can open a nif file directly with GECK. This is very useful in order to make sure you actually did all the arcane rituals required to make it show up there, without having to take the time to open up a master/plugin. I have noticed that my stuff will show up just fine and look perfect in this view, but when I get in game I will usually have lots of clipping. Probably due to certain animations I can't see in the GECK preview. However, in the GECK preview, there is a box for animations, but it is empty. So my question is, does anyone know how to get animations in there so I can preview them without having to fire up the game and check? Thanks
Ghogiel
it looks like you can drag kfs into it... but without a skeleton in there as well it will never do anything anyway. basically its useless for me :S as for clipping, i just test kfs on my rig jobs before export. usually is is good indicator. Quetzlsacatanango
You're right. I found that you can preview something like an NPC and it opens the same window with all of the animations and whatnot, but of course you have to load up a plugin to do that. Kinda takes the steam out of my shortcut idea. Thanks
