ThetaOrionis01
You know how it is.. once you've explored a cave/ruin/mine or two, they all start to feel a bit 'samey'. Some dungeons (using the word loosely to include caves, ruins, mines, quest locations, Oblivion gates etc) in the game, though, stand out by being a bit different from the generic stuff. Which dungeons have you enjoyed exploring the most, and why? What made them special? My favourites are - the dreamworld - for being something completely different- Arkved's tower - its ambience is probably best decribed as 'freaky' o_O - the painted world - nicely imaginative Undoubtedly there are others I haven't explored yet. :)
Killians5
i enjoyed the painted world because i thought they tied in a good story to it, i think alot of easy stories to do the smae thing would have seemed lame.....also it reminded me of the movie what dreams may come. Malchik
For the dreamworld ask around in Bravil. I haven't been to the other one yet. Most of the ruins etc are limited by the architecture. The two Theta refers to are (or seem to be so far) unique.
VaanicOne
Hmmm, Arkveds tower sounds interesting...where is it?
Cammy2k6
I know it's not quite the Topic, but does somebody know where the Onyx Cave is located? :)But about the Topic now... I don't have a "favourite" Dungeon though, since the most are all the same... anyway i liked Arkved's Tower too, it's something different actually, the only Thing that's missing are the Monsters, i did encounter only 2 until reaching the NPC.... 8) EDIT: I'm checking my Map for a better Description where the Tower is located :)
Malchik
As I discovered yesterday - Arkved's tower is part of Vaermina's daedric quest.
stewprime
So far my two favorite have been 1. Vilverin - just cause it's the first one I did after coming out of the sewers at the beginning. It's also got a nice mix; ie. monsters, traps, a mini-storyline, etc. 2. the Madstone quest - OK, not really a dungeon but a cool quest that took a while to complete. Really felt like I was on a "quest" rather than the typical FedEx, etc.
