I didn't like how it was lingering so far off the screen (USKP modifies the standard ai package for followers and animals). Tried to bring it closer. Unfortunately, despite having the follower walking beside, the animal still thinks that the follower is walking in between and won't go to the close edge of the radius but rather hang back at the further edge of the radius. The game must do some internal changes which cause the animal (second on the alias list) to always be distance wise behind the follower (first on the alias list). Can only get the animal to walk closer when there is no other follower. At least the animal will hang further back for sneaking and drawn weapons just like the follower. If they have their own setup, they won't utilize the changes (which is good cause those authors should have dictated what they want their follower to be able to do). IsharaMeradin Posted February 11, 2015 Author Share Posted February 11, 2015 Some minor adjustment to eliminate log errors when there is only a follower or only a animal. Testing with Erik the Slayer, unlike Lydia he doesn't seem to recognize when the player sheathes weapon/magic. Yet also unlike Lydia, he recognizes exiting stealth. Both are minor really, so long as the follower recognizes going into the weapon/magic drawn and stealth states they can hang further back till the package stack evaluates on its own and moves them back up. The impatient can use the hot key that forces the evaluation. It is about there. I'm feeling pretty confident. Still would like to run a few other followers/animals through it just to be safe. I'm a bit scared with Serena. She has her own thing that she does but there are times that she is part of the system... could get a bit screwy with her.... O.o that didn't sound right!!!! Oh well...
