Vorgen
the main quest is stared by talking to the prisoner opposite you in your cell. Why don't you go back to jail and talk to him?
Adras
Well, if I am gathering this right, you screwed the thing up by getting out of the jail, before the emperor even talked to you? Well this is what I would do:If you coc'd your way out, coc your way back in. From the sounds of it, the emperor isnt dead. You have to follow him until he is dead. So get back in the jail. From there, you need to follow the set path (just keep going foreward) and you will meet up with the emperor later. To start the main quest, you must be with him when he dies. As for the amulet, this is my best guess:The amulet doesnt trigger the quest- the emperor does. That is why you must be with him when he dies so he can tell you what to do and where to go. His dialog is what triggers it. So coc your way back there and find the emperor and follow him as well as you can, and dont cheat your way out, or else you might screw it up again. And Vorgen, I dont think that the main quest is triggered by the other prisoner. He just taunts you and you can do nothing with him. You cant reach him, you cant talk to him, the only thing you can do is have images of stabing a sword into his head.
lycantrophic
At lvl 17 finished all the quests? ;D Cheating ruins the game.
Rafael_mui_keif
First of all : I "cheated" twice - to get out the prison, and to get the blood amulet !Next : I tried "coc"ing back to prison ! Didn't help much ! Soooo.... after messing around with "construction set" and the "setstage" cheat,I STARTED the bloody quest !"sestage mq02 20" - it starts the quest at the point where you get the amu,and the emperor dies, AND your'e told to go to this guy in the country-side. Enjoy ! Twats...

Malchik
At lvl 17 finished all the quests? ;D Cheating ruins the game. Most quests are not dependent on level. Certainly I have completed three guilds and the main quest at level 8 and I have neither cheated nor lowered the difficulty slider. So I think 'almost all the quests at level 17' without cheating could well be true.
gonin77
whats the point of buying a game and then cheating from the word go. why not just play the game without cheating and enjoy it and make it last a few weeks.
kamikazekillerboy
No offence but its your own fault, maybe itll teach you to be patient - it only takes about 10mins if you rush through the thing - i learnt as i installed a teleport ring for morrowind after doing everything in it then discovered at lvl 94 i couldnt do the tribunal quests cause i activated a journal entry half way through them. Anyway, youd be suprised how enjoyable it is starting a fresh new game - it shouldn't take too long to reacher lvl17 agian anyway.
