XDANX
Say I copy all the dds and nif files of a high elf into a folder, make a created character using the HIgh elf in Cs, Drop the new Esp made from CS into the folder that contains all of the dds and nif files of the high elf. Would that make a mod usable with Obmm?

Would that make a mod usable with Obmm?If your mod work the way you expect, that would be the correct way to make the Omod (remember you need to keep a folder structure like the one that appear in the /data, including the subfolders). Yet you need only to supply files not already supplied. BTW you should not need to place any file unless you edited it, it's specially true for the vanilla files. Now, it's about new 'races', for a character you just created by normal means you can't do this way, what you want is just upload a savegame, preferably without mods that could prevent someone else using it.
