akmatov
Not seeing anything anywhere and don't want to lose my favorites.
Pronam
It wasn't there before (automatic/manual inbetween renewal) and you had to renew it yourself after it is expired.Indeed it shows ''No automatic renewal will be performed." right now, so maybe it's a feature that could be enabled this time... Dark0ne
The premium subscriptions have moved with the new forum software to http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?app=subscriptions It's under "Purchase Paid Subscription" next to the sign out link towards the top. I believe you can also renew your subscriptions before they have expired now as well which is a good improvement on the old system where you had to wait for your current subscription to expire before the next one could be purchased. I'd love to hear from anyone who does this to check that it actually adds the right amount of time on (i.e. if you have 1 month left and buy a further 3 does it give you 4 total or 3 total?) Hmm, not seeing where I can purchase a renewal. Manage Paid Subscription takes me to the same screen as * The Nexus Forums * > Subscriptions. Nothing about renewal. As far as I can see. Will my Tracking Centre and Download History vanish when my sub runs out?
Dark0ne
Ok, I found the relevant setting in the admin area and it now allows you to renew if your membership expires within 7 days if you bought a 1 month package and 14 days for all the other packages. The site won't remove your settings and preferences if your membership expires, you just won't be able to use some of them.
akmatov
6.99Ok, I found the relevant setting in the admin area and it now allows you to renew if your membership expires within 7 days if you bought a 1 month package and 14 days for all the other packages. The site won't remove your settings and preferences if your membership expires, you just won't be able to use some of them. Good to know. I see you have the Renew button up now - red helps it stand out. However, the price seems to have gone for 3 months from 6.99 USD to 6.99 GBP - isn't that like 10.53 USD? Was that intentional or do you need to set the currency thingie?
Dark0ne
The prices were always in GBP, they haven't changed!
