My Premium subscription isn't active.

I purchased a 1 month subscription earlier but according to the nexus, I don't actually have one.

 

I didnt use an eCheque or anything so I don't see why it wouldn't be active.

I even got an email saying that that my payment has been completed so I don't know whats up with it.

Thanks for letting me know. I'm just checking in to why this has happened now.

 

I've checked your details and it was all clear so I'll manually update your account soon along with the others who have paid since the update but not had upgraded accounts.
