Mouse sensitivty in menus

I'm having a problem with my mouse sensitivity, but it's only while in menus. I can look around just fine outside of menus, but when I'm using the menus (both the main menu and character screens in-game), the mouse moves much slower. The fps doesn't decrease or anything, it just takes a lot more moving of the mouse to get where I want the cursor to go than it does outside of the game.

Also, I've already tried using the mouse sensitivity option. That doesn't affect the speed in menus, just when looking around which like I said, is fine.

That is normal. Bethesda did not put very much time into the PC version of the game at all. It's all about the XBOX 360 $$$$$.

I've been trying to find a mod for it.

Alright. Thanks for answering.

Edited that part since it was an answer for Fallout 3, saw just in time. The following is kept

There is a specific tweak to it you find here, at TweakGuides

You may want to look at the entire content, since the advises there are very good.
