Problems with mod organiser

I just recently installed mod organiser. It is fine and all but when I install some mods like FNIS this shows up ''This mod is probably NOT set up correctly, most likely it will NOT work you should first correct the directory layout using content-tree''. Then it gives me the options Ignore or cancel. If i click ignore it just installs, but it does not work. When I went to the filetree to opeb GenerateFNISforUser and click the Update FNIS Behaviour it just shows ERROR(2023).
The problem with the mod not set up correctly also happens to some other mods i tried to install.
I also need help with installing SkyrimUI
Does anybody know about my problem and how to solve it, I would be very gratefull

I also have a problem with FOmod it says File not found in FOmod

ok, after i redownload FNIS behaviour it now says none of the available installer were able to handle that archive.

I would always discourage manual installation especially if using MO. Since mostly we have people who tend to be new to modding in this subforum it is the best way to get them lost in folder structures and add unnecessary complexity to an otherwise simple process.

I would recommend the Nexus Mod Manager (NMM). Never had trouble with installing/uninstalling mods. It isn't perfect either, but seems the most reliable from what I hear (read)

ps: I'm using it since New Vegas

Haha I will be the fanboy and say that MO is better than nmm for skyrim, just for it's virtualization features and for it's conflicts tab that let me troublrshoot some scripts files that were saved with mods in bsa when they shouldn't. Would still use nmm or fomm for fnv.
