Hey, thanks for reading my topic!

Okay so let's get started:
I downloaded the SKSE from: http://skse.silverlock.org/ (Version: 1.07.01)
Installed it just like in this video:

I think it works perfectly..But here's the problem:
After I downloaded/installed SKSE, I downloaded SKYUI (Version:4.1) from: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3863/?. I installed it manually and with NMM, but if i want to activate the mod in NMM it says my SKSE is not installed..

I'm trying to solve this problem for 2 days and still no succes...please help.

Problem #1:
-----------
There are files in your 'Data/' folder, which override newer versions from the SkyUI.bsa archive.

These files are:
Data/Interface/bartermenu.swf
Data/Interface/containermenu.swf
Data/Interface/inventorymenu.swf
Data/Interface/magicmenu.swf

Potential causes:
* An old SkyUI version was not uninstalled before installing the new one.

Solution:
1. If you have an old SkyUI version installed in NMM, uninstall it, then try again.
2. If there are still problematic files reported, delete them manually.

how to fix

pls guys
