What does it mean by ,can't find the correct version of the master file they depend on. Also not able to find foot part in BC_shoes_common_(what is the number given) What causes this to happen. Is there a simple way to correct this. I have been spoilt by Skyrim's Tes5edit file.

The "correct version of master file" means that the mod was created with a different version of Morrowind (or Tribunal or Bloodmoon) than the one you're running. Each plugin stores the file size of its masters (ESMs) in its header, if there's a difference between the file size in the plugin header and the version on your disk the error's shown.

I'd recommend fixing those. You can use Wrye Mash or TESTool or tes3cmd. And I'm sure there are other programs which can help.

I recommend fixing them as if you don't the temptation is to press the Yes To All button and potentially miss more significant error messages being shown on screen.

"Not able to find foot part" errors are harmless ones from Better Clothes, it's got something to do with the way they set-up their clothes in that mod. Body parts and body slots and things I don't really grep. Those errors can be ignored. There's a patch "Better Clothes Patch" which removes those errors but means that bits of NPCs' feet are visible through their shoes etc. So, I'd advise leaving things as they are as these errors only appear in your warnings.txt and don't appear in game.
