Abramul
How do ships get past Leyawiin? The map seems to show a channel, but the only 'channel' I've seen is a few feet deep, and blocked by the city walls. Don't think it's continuous inside the walls, either. Why do hostile NPCs not care when their buddies repeatedly hit them with spells or arrows?
Guss
"How do ships get past Leyawiin?" Thats a good question! [ The water level decreased so then the land where Leyawiin was not under water anymore, then some people and etc... wanted to build the castle there. thats what I think had happened. ] "And your other question I have no idea why that happens? [ ]".

The only way, I think, they could get past is use magic. That may seem like a copout, but its alot easier to understand.

Rhydderch Hael
...How do they create the potions you can find in the different shops: all the potions I create have an lengthened effect, how do the others to have instantaneous restore life potions?Time constraints. It may take a dedicated alchemist several hours to work up Strong Potions of Healing, while the adventuring alchemist is bound to concocting stuff on the fly (literally, at times). Same reason Sinderion can brew Elixirs of Exploration with nirnroot after 24 hours of effort, while a Master alchemist adventurer such as yourself can only manage a Drain Health poison in one second (truth be told, Sinderion said the nirnroot was but one ingredient in the Elixirs, and he never divulges the full recipe to you). ...Why can't you go to the top of the walls, and why are there no guards up there?I've had Cassie-the-Assassin stand watch (she does use guard uniforms as a disguise, after all) on the walls of Anvil and Cheydhinal. Took a little roof-leaping, of course. My question for the day: why is a Master alchemist reduced to brewing potions that contain only the first effect of a single ingredient? Every ingredient has four effects: lo and behold, your alchemy brewing apparatus has four slots! What prevents a Master alchemist from enjoying the choice of shoving an ingredient into the fourth slot in order to exract the fourth listed effect of that ingredient? You're a Master alchemist, aren't you supposed to have that much razzle-dazzle in your brewing skills?
Abramul
Are all dungeons completely underground? Do any of them extend out under bodies of water? (I think Fort Homestead does the second) Why don't NPCs notice that there's a light source moving around through their cave/house/castle? And why don't they notice a flaming human-shape appearing on top of a brazier? How do some lights (for instance, Leyawiin's streetlights) burn without fuel? I can understand the bluish-white lamps (often found in forts) using magic, but these appear to be normal fire...
elpiggo
How come gravity effects objects in Oblivion and not Morrowind?Did anything along the lines of this pass through the minds of the gods?Oh yeah, gravity. I knew I forgot something. :P
Marxist ßastard
Vivec used his godlike magical powers to suspend the ministry of truth above Vivec City's temple. Being the Nerevarine and thus highly attuned to Vivec's powers, a small bit of the magic used to suspend the ministry in mid-air is channeled by your body and flows into every object you touch. McClogs
I've always wondered about the NPC conversations like "Goodmorning" "Oh it's you" "How are you?" "Bad" "Good for you, Heard any news from the other provinces?" "Nothing i'd like to talk about" "How good to hear" "Bye" "Bye" So my question is....Wheres the love?
