MODDING OLD GAMES TO FALLOUT 3

Right now, I'm thinking a complete total conversion of Deus Ex (the first one) to the Fallout 3 engine would be pretty interesting. Maybe with more of an open roleplay like in Fallout 3 and Oblivion rather than being a bit more linear like it normally is.

Add FEAR from the game of the same name, being the elite force First Encounter Assault Recon but with some adaption to Fallout canon.

 

Add some Marvel/DC other superheroes that better fit like Iron Man, Captain America, SHIELD the organisation, Wonder Woman from a surviving island of amazons, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with perhaps some addition of modern weapons along with their traditional martial arts weapons, etc.

 

Resident Evil with its T-virus and various characters, monsters. What would happen if the T-virus met the FEV (Forced Evolutionary Virus)? Hordes of zombies fighting feral ghouls with no quarter given or expected but just sheer savagery. T-virus mutated monsters, hulking humanoids and other things, fighting super-mutants.
