DaemonGrin
I can't figure out what it is and I'm generally pretty good with texture issues. Here's a pic. It only affects those 2 types of tree's from Flora Overhaul Dead Ed. http://i231.photobucket.com/albums/ee197/Daemongrin/TreeTextureBlownOut.jpg Help me fix these dog turds sittin' on top of the tree's XD Thanks,Geoff
Purr4me
walk up to that tree, console and click it with the mouse, write down it's ID that gets pasted in the top of the screen.close the game. If there is an esp for that mod, you need it to be the only active one set as "active"---in the geck. once loaded, in the cell windows on the right , check the filter box, type in that ID # you wrote down, on the left side , select the wasteLand Exterior cells ,all ow it to load. click once on the first cell and use the arrow key to scroll down fast, while watching for the tree's Bluish colored icons to flash by on the right side windows. stop and navagate to the item found. right click it and select edit. in the box for 3D view ,increase that items size x a factor of 2. save close the box, this addresses only that one tree in that spot, but it will show you the basic settings for that bad LOD sticking out the top of the other trees overlaid there. what is really required after you get used to how these things work is a complete replacement of a particular tree. But you need to run an LOD on that esp, this requires a lot of time and the PC can not be disturbed while it does this, there are shorter and faster ways t oget the LOD's written to the file but that is if you know how. this picture shows what looks like the wrong object in a place for a tree any way. what is that?kitty

For some reason these 2 tree's are having issues with the top branches of the mesh and the texture (which is used on other parts that show up properly). Purr4me
What ever it is? it sure looks bad !, it's Ulgy Blemish, it almost looks like the games main setup / screen imaging size does not match? what resolution are you running? I just read the description page and it said there were collision bugs in the Dead mod section, on 3 tree's. I bet that was the older version so which version are you running? I sure hope you did not install all of those at once cuz that will also cause this too. I don't use this kind of tech, I program it in. it's easy to do too. Purr4me
Only installed Dead edition v13c and did the ini tweak.yeah, I see, Down loading that version now. in the mean time I did a little hunting my self, this thread /mod page shows both in the description and the comments section there is some sort of bug or incompatibility going on with LOD's.http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/20058/? I thought that would fix it but after reading a bit , it looks like we need to find out precisely what is going on with the data as it is now.the shot you shown here is at the observation lookout point in front of vault 101? is that correct? DaemonGrin
Yeah right outside the vault. I used TFC to get up close to take a look and screen but if you have the same problem you will see a bunch right outside when you exit.
