ILikeFudge
My game works fine when I play it.(some minor lags are present). The problem is,when I want to quit the game,it wont quit.It just crashes and stands on the Oblivion quit screen indefinitely. The only way out of this is manual reboot.Windows Task Manager wont work, and only says Oblivion is unresponsive.I have OMOD,OBSE,and Streamline installed.Oh,and this happened before, but I installed Streamline and it stopped. What should I do?Any advice? Deleted1662706User
Finally, somebody else it happens to. It happens to me too, I try to quit the game and it freezes on the Oblivion Quit Menu. I also have Streamline, though it still freezes on me, even when I have it on Ultra Lite for relaxed gameplay.

phaz
does Fast exit 2 retain any option settings that you set before exiting? i also have this issue and cannot set certain graphical settings as they require the game to be restarted (Anti-aliasing, texture size, etc) when i exit the game crashes and the oblivion.ini file isn't updated

Xtudo
Yes, FastExit2, saves your changes before closing. But, do as Fonger says, do a manual saveini for reassurance.
