For some reason my targetsight (or however it is called) is missing while im not sneaking (1st / 3rd / horseback person) while sneaking is working fine.

I'm using a great number of mods, but none are affecting this feature. I already tried uninstaling mods, disabling specific mods, reinstalling, creating clean save but nothing seems to work.

I was searching for a console solution, but I didnt find any (that just might mean I didn't look well enough) and also when I searched this site I didn't find any mods that would add custom targetsights or something like that, that might fix my problem.

If I'm using the wrong word for it....I'm talking about that "marker" that tells you where are you shooting...like scope on a rifle.

Crosshair is the word.

Yes, there is a slight discrepancy in bow/crossbow targeting between the various views. Not sure tho if that is the issue you are referring to or if there is some other problem altogether.

Crosshair, well that wouldn't cross my mind.

I'm using Immersive patrols and creatures, but that probably doesn't affect crosshair.

- The problem is that crosshair doesn't appear while in 1st / 3rd person. It appears only while sneaking (with sneaking eye as well). I wish to appear always as in vanilla.

You probably have a mod that affects the HUD in some way. Post your load order inside spoiler tags. Hopefully then someone will come along and point out which mod(s) affect the crosshair. From there you can determine if the mod is configurable to allow what you want or if you have to remove it completely.

Actually the crosshair is part of the the HUD and Immersive HUD does indeed change the way the crosshair works. It does have an option (on by default) that will cause as far as I can tell exactly what you are describing.
