Fallout NV crashes at start menu

I've got NVSE 4 GB loader installed, as well as ENBseries and ENBoost. I'm running Windows 7 x64 Professional. I get no errors when I run FNVEdit and when I run loot I have 7 warning and 6 dirty edits. I edited the INI in both the Data folder and the AppData folder to run DarnUI, as well as changed the INI for the Mission Mojave. This is my load order, any help would be much appreciated.

Are the last three esps not in you're merged patch? If they are then your merged patch needs to be at the bottom.

It doesn't work even if it is. I just resorted it after I made the merge patch and LOOT must have pushed it up.

Interior Lighting Overhaul can be tricky. Try running without it. Otherwise "verify integrity of game cache" on steam.

 

If you "verify integrity of game cache" you'll have to redo the DarnUI inis again.
