The problem with this is that you can only travel in one direction in the fourth dimension, and that is by going forward in time. The hole in this is that the video implies that it is possible to travel back in time through the 6th dimension. This is impossible simply because it violates the second law of thermodynamics; it fails to take into consideration entropy. Entropy can only increase or remain the same, and cannot decrease. In order to truly go back in time with any means, you have to go back to a previous state of entropy; you have to decrease the total entropy of the universe. Now I would love to hear the guy's explanation on how entropy affects the dimensions of time. I could be wrong but I don't think entropy applies in this situation.
