After transforming into an ascended sleeper, Dagoth Ur gave me a quest to interrogate two elder council members being held in Odrosal. I have scoured the entirety of Odrosal and during the search I even found the GDR keening, but no elder council members. I've looked in the construction set but I've found no reference in any of the associated esp.s to any imperial captives. There were two people in a cage in Odrosal, Northwest tower, but when I walked up to them, they turned into nonhostile ash creatures. This problem is rendering the mod entirely unplayable, as I cannot progress any further without completing the quest, so help would reaaaaallllllyyyy be appreciated. Thanks!
