done and tested, script needed

So, my problem is this; I've got model and texture, done and tested,

but the intention of the mod I've been making is to add spells which make a specified item to appear in the target's inventory and forces the target to wear it. Then another spells, just backwards.

 

So if there's any, nice and kind person who'd like to help me, well then, write me a working script will ya'?
