Being born intro is out of sync

So I have been trying to run a bunch of mods for fallout 3 and I have uninstalled and re-installed fallout countless times trying to get rid of all the crashes I have been having. I believe I finally found a happy medium between all the mods I have chosen but I cant check because when I start a new game, my intro is out of sync. As well as that, my menu in the beginning before I select 'New Game', the Quit button gets cut off and only partially shows. (still functions)

 

The Problem:

When I get born my dad says, so are you a boy or a girl? I then wait a minute and a box appears and lets me choose boy or girl. He then tells his wife (my mom) and after that everybody is just standing there awkwardly not doing anything and I cant proceed to alter my appearance. The game doesn't freeze either, because I have an fps of 62-63. My dad just stands there awkwardly not doing anything

I have checked the load order and it all checks out

 

I haven't done anything different really. The only things I have changed from all previous install/re-installs...

* I installed Fallout 3 to C://Games instead of C://Program Files(x86) *** ( archive invalidated said fallout could run funky in C://Program Files(x86) )

* I have installed these mods

Followers Hire - FollowersHire ByCharisma noKarma v081 beta

Blackened - Blackened FWE - MMM - EVE

Blackened - MMM - DC Interiors

CASM - CASM_v_1_2_3

FWE - FO3 Wanderers Edition - DarnUI Support for FWE 6-02 *** (not sure if I should have because my FWE is v6.03)

* I am using NMM instead of FOMM

 

Other than that, I edited the FALLOUT.ini file to use only 2 cores and changed the bUseThreadedAI= 0 to =1

 

System spec if there needed:

* 16gb RAM

* i7-4810mq

* Nvidia 870m

Just fixed the Problem with my 'quit' button partially showing. DarNified UI F3 did not install its custom font so I just had to re-install the mod it it fixed the problem

Arrange your load order so that the DLCs are in the order they were released.

Anchorage

ThePitt

BrokenSteel

PointLookout

Zeta.

Rearrange Fellout, PAL and MMM so that they are in the same order as the vanilla game.

 

Make sure that compatibility patches load after the last mod they are patching. (Mart's Mutant Mod - DCInteriors)

 

Disable all your mods in NMM and start the game. Let it play through until just before the birthday party and make a save.

Thanks for the Help... Unfortunately uninstalling/reinstalling all the mods did nothing. I thing the Problem was with NMM not properly installing everything. I wound up re-installing Fallout 3 and currently installing all my mods back and I am making sure that everything is proper order according to what you told me

When you start the game, disable all mods, just keep the fallout 3.esm and all DLC .esm's activated, all the rest needs to be deactivated (yes, even the overhaul mods like FWE). Once Amata wakes you, save your game, leave the game, activate the mods you have. done.
