The owner of the site stopped paying for the domain so it no longer exists and likely will never resurface. As such this mod can be considered "as is" with no official support or future updates. He's uploaded all the source files to the community but as far as I can tell no ones continued expanding on it. There's an old reddit post where he talks about the mod and how it came to be but I can find anything beyond that.

Tried the Nude version, and now all Sixth House Dreamers and lone bandits on Solstheim are exclusively nudist. It's...slightly disconcerting to have a bunch of stark naked men and women running to attack you when you're exploring. XD I suppose you could shoehorn in an excuse for the mainland brainwashed cultists, but it's trickier for the Solstheim ones in the snow. They're either total Zen masters or completely insane.

 

Aside from that though, I can't imagine playing without this mod now. Definitely a keeper, especially when enhanced by other mods.

They don't have clothes regardless of the version you choose, I chose the underwear version and the Sixth House Dreamers are still nude (The only difference being that mine still have their underwear on, lol) I don't know about the lone bandits on Solstheim though. I keep starting new save games again and again because of always finding new mods to install.

It's actually much easier to explain the Solstheim exhibitionists: Nords are 100% resistant to frost. See?
