ArcticFallout Posted August 13, 2014 Share Posted August 13, 2014 (edited) I imported the antimaterial rifle into 3ds max, but only the model is here. I don't know how to edit the textures and colors of the weapon. Anyone an expert at this sort of thing? ArekkusuStorm Posted August 13, 2014 Share Posted August 13, 2014 (edited) I'm not too familiar with 3D Max yet, but I'm pretty sure there is a button you press to switch between the textured view and the regular model view. What you really want however, is the dds (the texture file) file if you want to change the color which is located in textures/weapons/2handrifle/1stpersonantimaterialrifle.dds or antimaterialrifle.dds. DizzasterJuice Posted August 13, 2014 Share Posted August 13, 2014 Hit the "M" key on your keyboard to bring up your material editor then you can toggle the texture view on or off, if it found the texture. Max won't access a texture from a bsa file in your game so you'll have to extract it first. All editing and changing textures can be done from the material editor.
