First, get your mods arranged properly.

Load Streetlights.esm between ThePitt and BrokenSteel.

Use only Optional Restore Tracers.

Read the FWE description page. The .esp are to be arranged the same as the vanilla game. There is also an example of a correct load order.

Disable and delete: Mart's Mutant Mod-Natural Selection, Zones Respawn and Tougher Traders, they are included in FWE.

Disable and delete Alternate Start-Roleplayers.esp, it is part of FWE.

You have not completely installed all the necessary files for Fallout Wanderers Edition. Go back to the mod page and read it again.

FWE and MMM aren't fully compatible, so you'll need a compatibility patch for that. And, as it happens, I know just where to find such a patch: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/18173/?

If you use that patch, you can also disable and delete "Mart's Mutant Mod - Master Menu Module.esp".
