KDStudios
I'm just curious, I know how to make things glow. But theres a secondary glow on the feral ghouls.... It looks like a green light coming from the glowing ones. Well it's no problem making other creatures glow but not so much they look like this I want them to look like a light source is coming from them.... Any advice on how to do this? Ghogiel
look at the glowing one geck entry. notice the actor effect tab. add some emissive glow to the creatures mesh, and that actor effect, that should be it to mimic the glowing ones glow. if you want to make an entirely new, but similar effect, just reverse engineer the GlowingOneGlowSpell effect. or if that's right just add that actor effect to whatever creature your working on. Yeah that was my first thought but Ive been through everything that's involved with the Glowing One's, even edited the mesh. I tried something simple by trying to change them to glow red instead. The only thing I managed to do was make them glow red. But their actual "light source" was still green. I've changed every colour everywhere to red just to try forcing it somehow then try eliminating after I managed it. However this hasn't even worked =/
Ghogiel
hmms... Yeah that was my first thought but Ive been through everything that's involved with the Glowing One's, even edited the mesh. You mean meshes. besides the actual creature mesh, there are also 4 debris meshes... You will want to create a new fx shader, but changing the color from green to red. also changes on the creatures material itself. i think you will want to complete the set up with new impact data set. or else it'll probably be yellow green glow on the squishy stuff you beat out of them. I think it'll look better with the guts glowing more towards the red to keep things consistant.
