Ok i was playing and some masks can't be mix with some hats and other mask is there a mod that allows you to wear clothing no matter what your wearing like two masks and two hats so i could mix gas mask with hokey mask at the same time

Maybe there is a mod.... i guess there might be a way to allow you to wear unlimited amount of outfits at the same time. never see it though.

 

if that option is non existant....

 

each mask/headgear/headwear must take up a biped equipment slot. you have things like head, hair, headband, mask, eyeglasses, etc. most things generally use the appropriet slot/s. like a powerarmor helmet should, imo, just by looking at the model, take up a head, hair and face slots at the least, and probably all the rest too...which it does(i have the geck open)

 

impossible to make a catch all mod for that. the amount of slots is limited and everything you equip has to take one of those. and you cannot wear duplicates.

 

you could edit your particular set up that you wish to wear, so those couple items are compatible to wear together. ie set hockeymask to use the just the eyeglasses and the gasmask to use just the hair slot. then you could equip both as they don't overlap

 

I can tell you right now a gasmask and a hockey mask is probably gonna clip like a mof.

I use Combo Headgear combined with Tailor Maid and I can wear pretty much everything I like at the same time... as Ghogiel said, you can't help the clipping with some items though.
