AmysDragon
The Nexus and all of its mods use a lot of acronyms that you may see in Mods. This forum is to explain the acronym and give it a brief description. Here are a few I can think of but honestly I don't know what they mean, just that I use them. If you know of others besides these, feel free to list and explain them here: NMM - Nexus Mod Manager: The mod manager built into the Nexus website SKSE- Skyrim Script Extender: A necessary download for using some more intricate mods on the Nexus. Vanilla - Means the default content of the subject, the un-altered and original content. Ones I don't know: HDT UNP CBBE XPMS XP32 ENB ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I know there are more than are listed here. Please list and explain abbreviations of terms for the Nexus mods. Edited August 27, 2014 by AmysDragon
Valkasha
UNP = unpretended ENB = just a nameCBBE = caliente big bottom editionXP32 = the name of the authorHDT = I believe havok destruction tools, not sure on this one.XPMS = XP(the name of author) maximum skeleton
Hyacathusarullistad
The H in HDT stands for Havoc, I assume, as it's an extension to the so-named physics engine. Not sure about the rest.CBBE is Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Edition. It's a body shape and texture replacer from the modder Caliente. XPMS is the name of the mod, while XP32 is the author that created it. It's a skeleton replacer, so the S likely stands for skeleton I would imagine. ENB is named after a character from an old anime the creator is fond of. She's his muse. No idea what it might stand for, or even what anime it's from.EDIT: Valkasha was quicker, it seems.
