Yeah, so what would your TES V be like? Would it be an MMO [i hope not]? Would it take place hundreds of eons from the story of Oblivion, or maybe, in the past, in the days of Tiber Septim? Would it even take place in Tamriel, or perhaps another part of Nirn altogether? This post is for you, fair members of the nexus forums, to expresses your fancies and indulge in your creativity.

Summmerset Isles or Skyrim are the two who have the highest chance for the next big game, though I really think and hope it's Summerset, think because alot of people in the wilds and in towns talk about some kinda deadra worshiping there and that it got dangerous, I only heard skyrim has chances.

all of tamriel, i think i read that dagger fall did this

just after oblivion left off

champion of cyrodil has *banned* of to become sheogorath, and every province have seperated from the empire and you must restabilise the empire or start a new one.

later amidst the chaos akaviri invade. you then get to lead the counter attack if you decide to drive them out

Daggerfall only covered High Rock and Hammerfell. Arena, the very first Elder Scrolls game, covered all of Tamriel.

I personally think it would be interesting if it took place in another part of Nirn, so far all of the games are focused on the continent of Tamriel, so nobody knows what happens anywhere else. Tamriel couldn't be the ONLY land on the whole planet, right?

To make it more interesting, you could NOT do that, and let the empire collapse once and for all! Or, you could do what you said - We need the wider options of Daggerfall again, 'join the dark side' !

Thats one feature the next TES should have, the ability to be truly evil.

1.no "essential" characters, if they die, it would be like morrowind and you would get an ominous message about how you set your fate.

2.Fable system; Good/evil alignment possibly with appearance changes and special abilities for the very good/evil.

3.alternate endings. because every good RPG needs to have a few different endings. then you HAVE to play it again to see what endings there are.

4.severe choice impacts; if you do something, then one door opens, but another closes so to say. You will effectively choose your fate, and gain the consequences of being able to do so. No joining every guild and getting away with it.

5.Townspeople talk about your actions in random dialog. i.e. "By Azura! be careful around town, word is someone's going around killing people. Just for sport!" Kind of like how the dinner party quest for the DB worked, with people getting more paranoid as you killed more people.

6.A better vampire system. self explanatory.

7.If you're too evil, the "good guys" will attack you always. not like oblivion where you could have killed just about everyone in cyrodiil and martin would just ignore that fact and still be your pal.
