Freezing and Missing Objects

So, I know it's conflicting mods and patches not working right and such but I just don't know how to fix it since according to Wrye Bash some patch plugins are in the wrong spot no matter where I put them. I was getting ailed with freezing but I played for about 20ish minutes just now without freezing. I realize I'm running a large list of mods and I know more mods requires more work but I'm willing to put the work in I played vanilla on PS3 for too long.

LOOT doesn't help with fixing the load order and as I said no matter where I put the orange highlighted mods in Wrye Bash they don't turn green. Any ideas and help would be appreciated. I use Mod Organizer if that helps any.

Oh I forgot to add that NPCs aren't talking during dialgoue options the first line and as long as you don't activate them they talk but they don't talk during any dialgoue options.

Also what about your merge patch it s not the wonder do it all patch from oblivion and fnv. Also costum generated patches disabled during merged patch creation? Did you check all the values in it to be sure that they're correct? Right off the bat your CoT install is weird as well as elfx.
