Hoping for quick simple fix

Got a decent amount of mods active and I have been trying to troubleshoot this myself but I can't seem to isolate one particular mod causing the issue.

 

Problem: Most Npcs show up as giant red diamonds with an exclamation point.

 

Not sure what is going on but here is my load order. thank you for any help.

Did you use LOOT to set load order? If not do it. And actually look at the error and warning messages it shows you.

 

Red diamond = missing texture - likely something being overwritten by another mod.

Actually, a red diamond is a missing mesh.

 

And I'm going to have to disagree about using LOOT to sort one's load order for Fallout 3 too. I'd suggest using BOSS instead.

 

I'm not seeing a patch for FWE and MMM either. Either use Blackened or FOIP for that.

 

If you intend to use Blackened, get the FWE - MMM - Project Beauty patch.

From your load order, it would appear you used LOOT. Don't! Use B.O.S.S. as BlackRampage said.

 

Otherwise, go to the FWE page https://sites.google.com/site/fo3wanderersedition/home go to the "Installation" page and scroll to the bottom of the page for a sample load order.

 

When you start to get the load order corrected, make sure that compatibility patches load after the last mod they are patching.
