FilthyUnit
I've been able to download and install dozens of mods earlier in the week, then suddenly the download buttons, among other things, don't work anymore on the nexus website. I am also unable to use the log in button to sign in. The only way to navigate to the log in screen is through a google search. I can indeed log in this way, but when I click download on any mod page it simply scrolls me down to the file description. No error or new running script (that is to say that nothing new appears in the f12 browser menu thing), When I click on the "files" tab, or any other one in that section, it scrolls me back up to the top of the page. No error message. I have tried chrome, internet explorer and firefox; tried clearing the caches etc; tried clearing local DNS cache; restarting computer... no change. Halp? Dark0ne
Something in your browser/on your PC is blocking javascript from working on the sites. It's on your end.

bben46
We have several million users who can get on line - It works. What are you doing different? ( this is a serious question.) We can make some suggestions as to what you can try, but they don't come with any guarantee of success. Something changed - the problem is figuring out what - There was a MS update recently. And that often means things like Jave get their own update. Chrome on Win8 has been a problem (MS says it's googles problem, Google says it's MS  )- there is a work around ( not a true fix because either one could break it at any time. ) If you are using windows 8, go in the NMM Settings menu -> Download options -> click the "Fix it" button. The Number 1 fix for any computer problems - reboot. Power all the way down. Not just your computer, but modem and router also. Wait for all the lights to go out, then wait 20 seconds longer to allow the capacitors to completely drain down. I have been working on computers for many years and you would be amazed at how many times this works. Update your Java ( google it) Make sure your firewall and antivirus are not blocking you. FilthyUnit
Nevermind. It started working again but after logging in again It's doing the same s#*! again. I tried rebooting (modem/router as well), java's up to date, turning off firewall/antivirus, and I'm on windows 7. :[
