So you ARE using alternative start?? I thought you said you were not using it? This is definitely one of your problems, if not THE problem. If you're going to use Alternative Start - Live Another Life, then you need to do a start that does not involve starting in Helgan.

EDIT:

Your new checklist...

1) Create a Bashed Patch and place it at the end of your load order

2) Discard one of your character creation mods (RaceMenu or Enhanced Character Edit)

3) Don't start your game in Helgan.

-_- I said I don't. You said it yourself. When uninstalling mods, it leaves behind files. That's one of them. It's not activated, or installed by NMM, but it still shows up. If this helps you get things clearer.

I start off with the Bethesda Game Studios sign. Everything is still black. Then I start getting a picture. I'm in a carriage with my hands bound. I see my good friend Ralof. Jarl of Windhelm. Also the horse thief. I do NOT start in a prison, then pick to go to Helgen.

You have a few outdated mod versions and some mods that require compatability patches. Make sure you have all of the patches, and get the latest versions.

My first list has all mods I have activated. So if these outdated mods aren't on that list, I don't have them playing.

Some of those compatability patchs it asks me to get, I can't get. A few need Dragonborn for some odd reason, and others don't exist, so I have no idea where to get them; but my game starts up just fine anyways, so I see it's fine anyhow. Besides the running problem, though many of them would have nothing to do with it.

Also, you have a gazillion dirty edits that you need to clean with TES5Edit, in addition to numerous warnings about how you're using outdated plugins, conflicting mods, potentially without critical compatibility patches, etc. Please review the above warning flags and do what they tell you to do. I thought you said everything was already cleaned? Heh.

Please use the most recent version of TES5Edit in order to clean those necessary mods, including the stock fresh install Skyrim plugins. For a tutorial on proper cleaning, please use the TES5Edit Cleaning Guide.

If there was a (facepalm) button, I would have pressed it already..

I don't have SOS anymore. Needed to get rid of it to make that gif anyhow.

No Posh Mudcrabs.

No 3DNPC's patch since it doesn't exist where it sends me.

Already updated the Realistic Lighting, that other one was the Steam mod.

Lanterns has been updated, also Steam mod.

Eyes of Beauty isn't installed.

Killerkeo has already been updated, also Steam Mod.

Many more-..

I mean seriously, didn't you look at the other list. The one of all activated mods. >_>

For many of those, my game would have crashed a long time ago since I don't have what's keeping it together, it'd just be here and there, then my game would be overloaded.

Alright, so I am going to assume you use NMM or manual installs, right? Do yourself a favor and start using Mod Organizer. Send me a PM so I can put you on my Skype messenger so we can get you straightened out without using this thread as a dumping ground, then you can post a final solution explaining what you learned for future readers who search and find this thread. You're not that bad off, you just need a bit more background info on how to mod with your best foot forward.

EDIT: or better yet, lets get you on my mumble server so I can walk you through it if you like. We need to do some serious cleaning of your install folders, etc, to remove those old plugins.

I don't have Skype, nor do I want to install it.

I'm also not to for on things that are too complicated for my brain to handle. That Mod Organizer is one of them. Which is why I'm on NMM where it's a few small clicks and everything is in the most simple format possible.

Alright, this has been a lot of info for you up front, so that's fair enough. The reality is however that NMM is leaving left over plugins in your loadout, which is why they're appearing in your report. Mod Organizer is infinitely more simple because it separates everything out, leaving absolutely nothing before after you uninstall mods. That's the whole reason why MO is so popular, because of the absolutely simplicity of how it installs, and uninstalls things.

That said, you're comfortable with NMM, and I'm totally cool with that. What you need to do now however is delete the entire Skyrim data directory and then go into Steam, and tell it to recheck your files so it reinstalls your Data folder for you. The reason you need to do this is because NMM is leaving stuff all over the place in your Skyrim directory. You may have uninstalled the mods in NMM, but that didn't change that they installed stuff into your game folder that are still active, regardless of what your "activated list" says is still active.

I'm going to gracefully bow out of this thread now, but you need to do the following things:

1) Reinstall Skyrim and start from scratch.

2) Install SKSE 1.7.1

3) Install only the mods you need, and know exactly what NMM is pouring into your game folders so if need be, you can manually delete them so this scenario doesn't happen again (or use Mod Organizer)

4) Install the latest version of LOOT and identify conflicts, errors, missing compatibility patches, dirty edits, etc.

5) Install the latest version of TES5Edit in order to clean the "dirty edits".

6) Familiarize yourself with Wrye Bash, and create a a bashed patch, it's essential.

Please feel free to PM for detailed instructions for each step, and I promise I will provide all of the guides and information you will need to solve this issue, and ensure it never happens again. Good luck and try not to stress over this. We've all encountered these issues before, its just a part of the whole Skyrim modding learning experience.
