Peregrine
Tribumoon, the content of both dumped into a blender and mixed into a wonderful drink. But seriously, tribunal since its the only one I've actually played.
Switch
hmm... well, ive used tribunal the most out of the two expansions for some reason, but i think bloodmoon had the best main quest, also doesnt involve poking around those ancient sewers, so i have 2 say, bloodmoon. :P

Laser
I'm a nord stalking the lands of Solstheim (bloodmoon contenit) in Royal Army armour (red armour in Mournhold (Tribunal)). So I got the best of both worlds. But overall there is just somthing to step unto the ground of a barly developed island that is half frozen and seeing endless forestry full of bears, wolfs, boars, ect. that makes me love bloodmoon. I love the nature espect, and the expansion adds a whole new island, with a fort, a castle, a village, and plenty of tombs. Not just one town that is %75 sewers. thanateros
There are strengths to both that add a lot to the game. Tribunal helped fill in a lot of gaps that the main morrowind quest didn't touch, which helped with the resolution of the Tribunal and their connection with the main quest. Bloodmoon is fun simply because it is a rather expansive, different setting from Vvardenfell that adds a new land mass to sink your teeth into. Both are pretty essential to the original game, I think, but being one for fluidity for storyline and powerful backdrops I think Tribunal has more to offer me in the way of dense Roleplaying than Bloodmoon. That and there are no sprigans.
