Not sure what this is...

This isn't an issue I've encountered, but I have a few basic troubleshooting questions. Have you installed a mod that changes the clouds, the night sky or the auroras such as Night Sky or Realistic Nights? Or, have you installed a mod that changes the night eye effect like Spectacular Nighteye or Predator Vision? Do you use an ENB and have you made any recent changes to your settings? There, that's my best shot. Good luck! :)

I am using the same mods, I've been running for a while, all change those things. I'm also using serenity ENB.

I took this at Ivarstead, and I think it may be something to do with this type of bridge, since this bridge and the one at the other end both have this issue.

To me the sky looks ok..but are you talking about that Huge spire (spike) heading off into the heavens?

First check if it is related to ENB....press [shift + F-12] that will disable ENB rueling that out. I saw something like that , it had to do with "Anchors" for the mist in ENB.

Is that attached to the Bridge ? Get a shot showing where it starts from...just curious..?..:)

Turning ENB off didn't help and couldn't really get a shot of where it starts since moving the camera cause it to flicker about :S

Seems to have gone now after I restarted Skyrim. Weird glitch whatever it was XD
