barkera
I've tried both Elaborate Eyes and Cernasites Dragon Eyes. Both conflict with the hair pack. Does anyone know of a nice eye pack that won't conflict? Edit: Alternatively, are there any mods that have hair similar to this... http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/10450-1-1195031512.jpg
LFact
All hair/eye addons will conflict, because they try to change same record: RACE. So there's no mod that won't conflict with Soya hair pack, in theory. Mod rules:1. If two or more mods edit same record, they will conflict each other eventually.2. If two or more mods edit same record, the last one loaded will get priority.-> So, if you have any eye addon and hair addon, you may see the last loaded one works, or both screw each other. To solve this issue, you will need to merge two plugins like:1. Merge two plugins via tools like TES4Gecko or TES4Edit, build your own cosmetic mod.(Or search for already made cosmetic mod)2. Use Wrye Bash to build a merged patch.
barkera
Okay. Thanks. I'm pretty sure once upon a time I did actually use them together without using any external programs (there must have been a download pack). But I can't find it now. Any ideas? barkera
That looks like an excellent mod. I'm trying to avoid adding in custom races if possible, but I will certainly come back to it if I can't find another solution.
barkera
Would it be possible to take the one hair I want out of soya and create a new ESP? Would that stop the conflict? I know how to add a new hairstyle and set it to a race, but could I do anything specific to avoid conflicts?

SavageArtistry
I noticed in your other posts you talked about conflicts with Elaborate Eyes. My mod will cause googly eyes if you use Elaborate Eyes, just so you know. The eye meshes in my pack are compatible with vanilla textures. Would it be possible to take the one hair I want out of soya and create a new ESP? Would that stop the conflict? You know, it's probably easier to take an existing cosmetic mod and delete the custom races that you don't want. (Don't know why you can't just not use them but hey, if it bugs you then it's your game so get rid of them.) If you look at this tutorial, it will show you how to remove (clean) the races you don't want from any cosmetic mod. http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Mod_Cleaning_Tutorial In the list, on the left, the races will have the title RACE, so if you know the name of the race you want to get rid of, all you have to do is hit delete, load the .esp file, and then save it.
