Eiries
What exactly do you mean by "fose doesn't work?" I assume you're just trying to run the game with fose, yes? Make sure you're using the newest version. Grab all the .dll files that came with it along with fose_loader.exe and put them all in your Fallout 3 directory. Create a shortcut of fose_loader and put it somewhere convenient. Double click it. Should be good.
Surenas
If the installation path of the game is C:\Programs\Betheda Softworks\Fallout 3 you'll eventually get problems with the security feature UAC - that goes for Win7 as well as for Vista. http://www.abload.de/img/anne9hol.gif

Fonger
you don't have any saves folder 1 - has this game ever run? - if not, does your system meet minimum requirements for this game 2 - what mods are you using?

phoneyLogic
You installed FOSE into the wrong directory.http://desmond.yfrog.com/Himg199/scaled.php?tn=0&server=199&filename=sanstitreym.png&xsize=640&ysize=640 Don't install it to your "My Games" folder.Open your computer, go to drive C, open your "Programs" folder, to "Bethesda Softworks", to "Fallout 3" Copy all the files in there Or.. Have you installed Fallout into your Documents? The game files are there ... uhm ... in "Bibliotheques"???Think you are wrong.
