ENB Upload 'Infected File' problem

Hello, I have tried 4 times to upload my ENB having to remove several suspected binaries, I removed the d3d9.dll, the enb host, enb injector.

Apparently there is an infected file which there is not, since the antivirus was improved it's been super-sensitive to ENB files and that is why no recent ENBs have come out for a few months due to it,

I have downloaded other ENBs that have the exact same files as I currently have, and they too do not have the binaries such as d3d9.dll. I find it rather hypocritical that most of the popular ENBs have the same files up (apart from binaries from ENBDev) and yet they maintain their position up on the site. I've been trying to upload the good ENB I put together.

Yes, I stated I removed the d3d9.dll files, there are other .dlls but not the ones that come with the fallout downloas from enbdev, and that is what is bugging me, other ENBs on the site have other .dlls apart from the d3d9.dll and they are just fine, yet for some reason I cannot upload, despite not including ANY of the binaries from enbdev, I think it's a problem with the antivirus to be honest. That's why there hasnt been any ENBs coming out recently :/
