CTD when entering Bruma

My game crashes when I try to enter Bruma. I have tried entering without any mods activated, to see if its a conflict, and it still crashes. In the past I could enter, but now I can't. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and that didn't work either.

There is a known issue related to certain object (little spoiler ahead)

Since I don't remember the solution or workaround (if one exist), this is let to remember someone else that know it. Good Luck.

 

PS: reinstalling the game without clearing the data folder may keep former issues alive, the same regarding saved games. Actually reinstalling the game resets the mentioned object and be itself the cause for any saved game that refers to it. If the issue happens even with a fresh new character from a new game... well, Bruma area is famous for being sensible to cells modifications (hence the talk about unclean data folder).
