Bad Graphic Mod?

Ive been wondering if there is a "bad graphics mod" out there, and if there isn't, can some make one? Because my fallout runs slowly from how good the graphic are. Same thing happened on Oblivion, but for Oblivion I found a mod called "Pixlivion" (I think that's what it was called) and it made the graphics worse, but made it run sooooo much faster. So could anyone tell me one, because I can't find one. Or make one? If there isn't, this is what I want (please), may be, worse graphics for the ground, like less polygons, and worse graphic for building/towns. I want the character graphics and weapons to be the same though (or you can put the bad graphics in, but I'll just drag it out).

Low res textures

No blur on hit effect

No gunshot lights (not sure whate does exactly, but hey, you wanted them, figure it out XD)

Unless you know your hardware is weak, you should try Fallout Stutter Remover before you go about decreasing your detail. Fallout Stutter Remover works WONDERS!

Also, try some INI tweaks, such as Reducing the amount of grass, and trees in the wasteland, I did this, and it bumped me up at least 10 fps.

Bleh, I say disable grass entirely. It's ugly anyway, why would I wanna look at it? :down:

Yeah, I guess your right! :)

seems a bit unrealistic to. Having loads of grass, that is.
