AI's unrealistic ability & accuracy in responding to attack

Although not stealth related, the Combat Enhanced Tactics mod removes some of the fail from the npc combat ai.

No longer will those raiders run up to your face to shoot at you.

I am currently testing this one but cannot give too much feedback as yet because of the action I have been involved in. Though it would apear to reduce their accuracy.

I never really thought NPCs had godlike accuracy anyway. Most of the time it's just that they're using automatic weapons and with so many shots fired, one or two are bound to hit.
