bben46
All game music is copyrighted. However some will allow non commercial use. Check with the other game maker for their rules. If you can find some documentation that says it is allowed, then you can upload it here - I recommend putting the authorization or a link to the documentation in your read me to avoid being called on copyright issues.Bben46, Moderator

Rabbit1251
Please someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it is my understanding that you cannot port files from other games, including music files, into Bethesda games even if those files are from other Bethesda games. The only exception would be the use of out-of-copyright non game music files (such as pre 1960's music) which are acceptable in Fallout 3. I would, indeed, like to get an official clarification on this question, as well. Rabbit
Quetzlsacatanango
You can't if the copyright holder doesn't allow you to. In Bethesda's case it is Bethesda itself that disallows use of their resources between games. Possibly because they don't actually own the rights to all of the resources they use (some might be licensed from other parties, for example), possibly just cuz they're jerks.
