Avastgard
There are several mods that alter the Eagle Eye perk and other ones that make Stamina deplete with actions that would not cost Stamina in the vanilla version. Being an archer myself, I am quite aware that the most tiring part of this sport is drawing the bow. Aiming does not require additional physical strength, but it must be done in conjunction with the drawing (as if they were both the same thing - you don't first draw and then aim; you draw and aim at the same time). So, what I am suggesting is a mod that would: 1) Make stamina deplete while you are aiming with a bow (even if not using Eagle Eye);2) Make your hands shake a little while you are aiming, or when you are running low of Stamina to reduce accuracy;3) Make Eagle Eye zoom as it currently does and reduce your hand shake after some time zooming (so you would still need to spend some stamina to concentrate on the shot and use the perk effectively);4) [Optional] make Eagle eye increase the consumption of stamina while being used. I have no idea if this would be possible, but these are my suggestions. I hope you can comment giving your suggestions as well.
