Sigil Stone dillema cheating or not

Hey guys im having a bit of a dilemma with a new mod and would like your opinions on the matter, im not sure if its too cheap.

 

So basically im playing with a bunch of mods OOO living Economy and a few others that make the game more difficult and leveling tougher, as well as supreme magica which makes casters with multiple summons a real challenge for my current assassin non caster Khajit. And also the stealth Overhaul mod which makes the game a bit easier with powerful stealth attacks once you level the proper skills.

 

Anyway until recently i have been using a slightly improved version of the dark brotherhood armor, its a bit better then shrouded armor i think it gives you an extra 3 points to all the same skills, nothing major and i was mostly using it because i preferred the look. In general my game was quite tough and i needed to be careful to survive as is the case with OOO.

 

I also have Apophis armory installed, and now that i hit level 20 the armors became available to me, now its equivalent to glass armor just looks cooler for my stealth guy, so not off balanced. But once i bought it i did not know what to do i did not want to give up my stat boosts from DB armor in favor of some extra armor, but i just loved the look too much and honestly was sick of wearing the same armor. So i decided to enchant it but i was not about to join the mages guild or become master enchanter and soul tramper for RP purposes., but the sigil stones i collected did not quite live up to the bonuses my DB armor offered because it fit my class so well.

 

So i installed improved sigil stones mod, and went through a whole bunch of oblivion gates to get the stones i wanted and orchestrated a nice set of enchanted armor and 2 weapons, with just the kind of bonuses i was looking for. But now i feel as if i am overpowered and am cheating, these stones have some really powerful enchantments for instance my hood has 15 intelligence 15 willpower and 30 health, and others are of similar quality.

 

So my question is, do you guys think such enchantments are too cheap, or is this new set adequate reward for the work i did leveling to 20, collecting the stones for hours, and spending a great deal of cash for the full stealth armor set? After all some items in game are also really powerful and much easier to get for instance the Archmages defense Staff i stole was more powerful then any of my armor pieces.

 

And yes ilI know its my game and i can play the way i like but im just asking for opinions on the matter. Thanks and sorry for long post

If you have the Ascendant Sigil Stones from physically closing gates and you are using a mod that allows the opponents to level up past 30 then you are not cheating. Being overpowerd at one point due to fixed enchantments is the whole point of enchanting items to begin with. Your opponents will get stronger as you level up and will catch up to you eventually. If your conscience is bothering you, add another mod like MMM or FCOM to increase the difficulty level and change the dynamics of the game.

I never had a problem just skipping bits I didn't like. If ya don't like going through the process of getting stones, then feel free to skip it and cheat. No point in making your own experience less pleasant.
