Silly flying cannibalistic fairies?

I've looked all over for a race mod that adds a race of evil fairies or pixies. I can't find any that have innocent butterfly wings (that have flight animation), black eyes, glitter, and sharp teeth. That is a bit specific I suppose. :tongue: I guess I have a warped view of fairies, and think they are funny when they're blissfully evil. Especially when they're the size of an imp! I wish I could make this mod myself but I don't know how. Does anyone know how to make a race that small? The two fairy mods I've seen actually alter the size of other races to make the fairies appear smaller. Is there any possible alternative? I'll include links to some files that might be of help. These are the two race mods I've seen. One of them actually allows flight, but it's a bit glitchy.

This is a Succubus race that does exactly what I would like to see altered into the fairy race. It has wings that allow flight and are animated. I would rather see colorful butterfly ones on a fairy though. But if not, those wings are fine too.

try player.setscale in the console.

 

So, depending on what you want, it'd be something like:

 

player.setscale 0.5

 

...or smaller. 1 is default.

Are there any fairy wings out there that allow your character to fly? If there were, then I could simply use the setscale command to make her tiny. :wink:

You could get midas spells, go upstairs in the shop, steal the angel wings, shrink your character, and use the console code tcl.

 

...Or make a custom race

I'm not really sure how to create a custom race with working wings. In fact, I've never made a custom race at all. I didn't see any fairy wings in the Midas store or the Apachii Goddess store either. :sad:

 

In order to activate flight using OBSE (used in the succubus race) the wings have to be a part of the skeleton right? I have no idea how those things work. It might be easy to build this fairy race off of the succubus one. All that would need to be done is,

 

1. Replace the succubus wings with animated fairy wings.

2. Remove the succubus tail. (Fairies don't have tails I don't think.)

3. Readjust the race's size to about 0.5 height.

4. Add black insect eyes to the character customization menu.

 

Then it would be perfect! I guess they don't really require sharp teeth since you never see your character talk. And they don't have to be glittery either. Those 4 adjustments would finish the mischievous race nicely. Any takers..? I'll love you forever and ever! :ohmy:
